We offer a 120-day 'Chew Proof' warranty on specific product lines. If your dog damages a warrantied item, we will provide a one-time store credit or replacement.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your products machine washable?
Yes, most of our beds and accessories feature removable covers that are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to maintain material integrity.
